We select all our produce directly
from the best regions and growers in Greece. We carefully prepare
them using fermentation on our own premises, thus making them ready-to-eat
and full of flavor and essential nutritional elements for the health
of the most demanding consumer.
The quality of our produce is then preserved during its
preparation and final packaging with the help of automatic production
lines and under very strict conditions of hygiene.
The whole production process is subject to ongoing quality
controls within the strict framework of the HACCP and ISO 9002 standards,
thus assuring the high quality of the end products. |
